I've now tried phoning 3 times, and I can get through to anyone. I phone 18008008300, hit 1, 3, then wait on hold for 30 min. It then cuts out, I just hear 2 clicks, and dead silence... This is rediculous, I need to change my order before its shipped or my warranty is voided. Ridiculous... Anyone have an extension number to use to make it faster????

T1ger Direct is notorious for among other things, having the worst customer service in the entire business

Press '2' for French. There's a good chance that whoever answers will be able to speak English, and the wait should be much shorter.

But both me and my mom had it cut off at basically 30 minutes.... It better not be something with my phone company.... I've also had it cut off after a while before too, when I was finding my track number for my DFP...

Can anyone verify that french thing....

Edit: And BTW, they have the most annoying music ever, and the dude that keeps coming on really ticks me off...

Got through suprisingly, only 22 minutes. How long will it take for the order cancellation to show up cancelled?

OK, now I'm getting a little worried. I called cust. service, and he said he couldnt modify my order, because it was "in process in their warehouse," but he could stop shipment on it. Well it has now been about 8 hours, and it now is showing up as a partial backorder on their website, with nothing about any cancellation... If they send it to me, and its their error, do I get the shipping back, because if not I will be ticked...

Edit: AHHH, in tiny white letters in a partially white section it says "status cancelled" all good...

  Thanks man! And of course, on my second order, I added the fan, some thermal gel (is this stuff even needed) canceled the geforce 6200 (got a 6600gt instead), but of course, forgot the freaking hdmi-dvi cable.   So I just said screw it and bought one on ebay...

With my uncle, we had to wait 3 days to get a rep to verify his credit card. the ONLY one picking up instantly? New orders. Seriously, why do they have such good selection and prices (on some stuff) then treat their customers like such ****.

Well, tigerdirect seemed to be a lot better than futureshop or any other of my local stores, but ya, sometimes price does reflect the service, but tigerdirect didnt seem to bad, they thankfully cancelled my order, while it was already processed through to the warehouse, so it was all good.

T1ger Direct is notorious for among other things, having the worst customer service in the entire businessSeconded. There has been times where I just never got through myself. Once I did get through after letting their phone ring for a long time, but whoever picked up just left it off the hook. I can hear voices and stuff going on but no one would talk to me. After waiting several minutes, they hung up on me. Boy did that really tick me off.

On a related note - has anyone been able to get REMOVED from their damn email lists? Every method I have tried has been broken or failed. I'd also like to be removed from their snail-mail list...

If you want to reach their customer service, call late at night. Their service center runs until very late, if not 24-7 (the latest I've ever tried was close to 11pm EST). Almost with zero wait time. And the staff on night shift are a lot nicer too

There's a link in the website under "Contact us". Scroll down and you'll see the link to unsubscribe the e-mailing list. The snail-mail one is what I'm trying to get rid of. Annoying as hell

The link works, but when I enter my email address the webpage produces an error. When I follow the unsubscribe instructions in their email, the email bounces.
