Take Cubana if you want cheap fares. Don't expect good services, I've heard horrible stories with them, but it's only flight. I took Air Canada and it was okay.

Here is a sample flight:

YYZ - Havana

Depart: Mar 5
Return: Mar 12

Air Canada: $935.05 tax included
Cubana: $511.05 tax included

You do the math. Cubana does not offer flights from YYZ - Varadero I think, but with the money saved, I think you can take the bus to Varadero instead.

I found $697.05 total tax incl from Toronto to Varadero. Most April dates one or two weeks.
