It is brand new just use it for about 1 hour or so.

is there anything special about this CPU?

Not really, the cpu is on sale a while ago, but my brother decide to not sale the cpu, so the sale is cancel.

Well the cpu can run at 2.6Ghz at V1.375. So it is quite a good chip.
Anyway, if my brother decides to sell the cpu again, I will post it later on.
