Banned/bad traders

I was reading the banned or warning trader section and an Idea popped up.

Why not TAG someone's username with an asterisk or something to indicate potential frauders or to warn people about dealing with this person?

Much easier then sitting and reading every post in that section.

Plus it would be easier for a mod to keep track or announce potential problem traders if they register with multi accounts.

Not fair for the user if after further investigation he is not at fault.

I don't think its possible to create a new account with a banned username.
