View Full Version : Contests separated into frequency?

Since there are all sorts of daily, weekly, and one time only contests.. can we have three separate subforums for each?
If this is too much, perhaps we can start using ways to identify this in the threads.. e.g. "DAILY-Campbell's Veggies" or "1X-La Senza Lavalife"
The reason behind this.. it's easy for people to just go to the forum and figure out what daily stuff they can enter. :)

Yah, I think sorting by entry type (daily, instant, weekly, unlimited) is a very good idea.

I prefer it the way it is. It's easier to browse them if it's just in one forum instead of three (or more) separate forums.
I like to see all of the contests and I enter the ones I like. If the contests forum was split into three subforums, I would have to go through each of the subforums.
Instead, what I recommend is that thread posters indicate the contest type in their thread titles. Kind of like this:
[DAILY] Campbell's Veggies Instant Win Contest (Ends Mar. 31)

I think this should be a rule in the Contests forum. Type, title, end date.
I also think there should be a sticky for winners to post they won and a link to the thread instead of bumping really old threads.

OK I PMd a few contest posters. Let's see if they take the suggestion.
