Anything near the airport that is < $60? The one's I have researched are too pricey. Anyone know of cheap rates?

Maybe this is the wrong section, posting in Deals forum as well... would like to keep this thread alive in case some travel hopper knows!

The Monte Carlo Inns are probably your best bet (range: $70 to $85) as there are locations near the airport, in Brampton (Hwy 10 and Derry) and in Mississauga. Website is www.montecarloinns.com (http://www.montecarloinns.com) .

Altenately, check Hotwire and Priceline for cheaper options. Price will definitely depend on when you are planning to stay there.

Good luck!

Thanks, however i'm looking for something walk-in type (no online deal) that's around 50 bucks for a room.

Any leads?

Open the yellow pages and call the seediest sounding places :D

You can try a Motel 6. There is one off the highway in Burlington that I pass everday and sometimes the sign out front has a rate posted below $60.

I think the Motel 6 in Brampton is $68 per person. I don't think you'll find anything in the $50 range, even the local nasty hotel got a facelift and is more than that (it's not close to the airport either).
What about a Bed & Breakfast?

Any leads? Why don't you want to use an on-line deal like Priceline? I use it extensively. For example, I got a room at the Comfort Inn in the West Island of Montreal for USD $31 per night. I'm sure you can find a hotel in the area you're looking at for around the same using Priceline.

If you have the "Entertainment Book" you can usually get a good deal on hotel/motel rooms by showing the card.
