as opposed to Rogers/Fido version that have
0.3mp camera
no EVDO
5MB of internal memory

What's the difference =/

The major difference is the V3c has a metal reinforced plate under the keypad which provides a more stiff razor.

Apparently ogers had many complaints about the phone being flimsy, so the v3c fixed it.
