Napolean Dynamite is a one time shot kinda thing... it got its 15mins of fame... its got its cult... but seriously.... move on.... you dont want too much of a good thing.. cuz then you find out... it just sucks!!!

So really... hope the pacing is ok... cuz well i have a feeling that could be the problem with this movie...

Looking forward to this movie. Will probably watch it with a friend who liked Napoleon Dynamite as well. Him and I were the only ones to like N.D. out of our little group of friends.

Just saw this movie with my gf. We both loved it! The entire theatre was laughing throughout the movie.

Jack Black is so hilarious in the movie and the story is sweet. Also a cute girl and some adorable children.

Oh and this is coming from someone who HATED Napolean Dynamite. :)

This is different than Napoleon Dynamite, IMHO. I have a friend who HATED Napoleon but laughed his ass off (to the point of almost choking lol) at Nacho Libre.

Everything Jack Black does is so over-the-top its hilarious. His facial expressions, his accent.

Some of my fav parts were:
- after his 'date' and he picked a fight with those two strangers, he was arguing with the skinny guy, he leans on a wall, and for no reason, turns around and kicks the wall behind him twice.

- The skinny guy throwing the corn at the guy's eye. :lol: Totally unexpected.

- Him summoning his power of the eagle at the end and flying towards Ramses.

Very funny movie, dialogue is similar to napoleon, but the movie has a lot more slapstick stuff thrown in so it will appeal to a wider audience

these movies are love or hate. just because you don't like them doesn't mean they're bad movies. i'm sure there's movies that you love that i can't stand.

Pretty funny. Not much of a story or anything, just a series of funny moments. As always, Jack Black is way over the top which works most of the time.
