Yup, very "emotional" when singing.

Didn't know he was a ABC, thought he was mid-20s since he looks young but he's 30 this year.

I like Janice (Wei Lan). Her voice certainly deserves all the praise. Though her looks vary from time to time for some reason.

Her looks are definitely different from the usual "squeaky clean" girls from HK. Her piercings look more soulful. The way her company introduced her, she doesn't need to reply on looks but on talent. Imagine if she was ugly but had that voice and her company showed her face from the beginning. It's sorta like Kary from Cookies. She has talent but she's not nearly as popular as Stephy (who I think has both talent and looks ;) ).

Have to agree, both Justin Lo's and Janice's new albums were very good.

Might as well get Jay Chou then too.

Though he mumbles a lot in his raps, his composing music and writing lyrics is probably the tops in Chinese music. Very talented.

I'd say again, Janice's voice has such a R&B feel. :D I'm glad she won best newcomer.

his lyrics are alrite, but his music lacks any meaningful differnce, his ballards pretty much all sound like rearrangments of existing stuff.

i've said many times before, jay should not sing since he can't and stick to producing.

The dudes first album was good, but like you said all his subsequent stuff all sounds the same. The mumbling just gets more and more irritating. I can't stand any of his songs now.
