Trouble setting up Sirius American?

I'm trying to set up my Sirius Radio I bought from FD. When I go to set up the unit on the Website it won't let me enter a canadian billing address.
when i phone the # I found for U.S Sirius it goes to canadian Sirius (1-888-601-6297)
What gives? How did you all set it up?

You use a fake US addy on the US site...
