Hey,

I want to publish a book (with some other people), how would I get this done? Obviously I have to show to the publisher that it's worth their time, and that it will sell. But the fact that I walk into Chapters and there are like ten billion books tells me that this isn't *too* hard.

Does it require a lot of money?

According to my english teacher who is writing a book (I'm sure it sucks.), there isn't much money involved but plenty of time. She wrote the whole book (It's about helping teens gain self esteem, who cares.) in a few weeks or something. But she's still editing it. She started in August.

It's more like a scrapbook, compliation of photographs. How do I find a publisher that's interested? Hm..

We can't help, but the 2006 Writer's Market book (or a subscription to WritersMarket.com) can.

Fool Oprah Winfrey into endorsing it for her "book club"...
