PriceCanada "deal" on the front page

Since the forums are better for discussion, I'm going to quote the comment I added to the deal "PriceCanada.com: Hot Price Drops!"

I find it extremely troubling that you would promote PriceCanada.com as if it were a normal deal.

If we wish to retain any pretense at objectivity, you must disclose that PriceCanada.com is owned by RedFlagDeals.

To do otherwise is dishonest and disrespectful to your readers.

Whoops - just noticed a mistake. That should be "if you wish to retain..." in the 2nd line. Sorry about that.

I changed the original slightly (added sister site) for clarification, but as PriceCanada is not a store, I personally don't think it's that big an issue.

The items in question were mostly from CompuSmart and would have been posted as a deal anyway, but as we found them using our new shopping search engine at PriceCanada, it seemed like a good opportunity to promote it.

Gotta love all the affiliates Red Flag Deals uses to make $$$. Just think how many more they have with Price Canada.
