Okay, I just got off the phone with rogers, they say I need to get my software upgraded on my phone. Since I keep get dropped calls and low battery life. Where is the cheapest and best way to get this upgraded?

if your phone is still on manufacturer warranty, just bring it to a rogers store with technical support on site

how long is the warrentee? I thought it was only for a 1yr and i've had my phone for a little over a year now.

How did u find out about this sfotware patch? My v551 does same thing !

rogers told me when I phoned them up complaing!
since I have a data cable going to try flashing it myself! found firmeware here incase anyone else is interested
