Time of Post

Why can't my profile note that I am in Eastern Daylight time zone.
Then when I post, you know what time I posted.

For some reason, the time is totaaly ucked up.

User CP -> Edit Options -> Scroll down.

The time on my posts, and profile is correct so it's probably there
