where to post an event ??

A couple of my friends and I are organizing a dance party at a local club on the week of valentines day and would like to post the event (tickets have a price) where would I post this?

school , work , near the venue , local club scene magazine , word of mouth , bulletin boards , etc.

I would start in Off Topic here, as well try clubvibes.com, clubzone.com etc.
Both Now Magazine Toronto, and The Eye(published weekly), will let u post for free online and on print(make sure to submit before thursday). But as u may already know, nothing works best than word of mouth and flyers.

PS. try as much as you can to choose your crowd if you plan to avoid headaches on the night of the event and have some fun yourself.
