because everyone wants to turn this site into a buy/sell forum with separate sections for clothes/shoes/automobiles/tickets/xbox360/musical instruments/real estate/etc on top of the sections we already have.

Well it wouldn't hurt. It also makes things a little more organized and on top of that it would also be less searching. Honestly if you see how fast the Computer BST forum moves, your thread is gone from the first page in a matter of an hour...which also shows how good of a forum RFD actually is.

I definitely vote for having a separate section for automotive. I mostly come to this site these days to check out car stuff, and for the first time tried selling my car here. It's working so far.

Maybe if there was a separate section more people would try to sell their cars here since the threads would actually get a reasonable amount of views, instead of getting lost in the everything else section. Also it wouldn't just have to be for entire cars, it could include automotive accessories as well (e.g. rims, tires, etc.)
