I think its all a marketing scheme, personally I don't think I will ever buy a product branded with his name. I remember a motherboard it lacked a lot of features, but "true gamer's" didn't need or want them. :lol:

The truth is that it is rather useless to be like this guy. OK, you'll win a few video cards, maybe a $10000 grand prize. But you can't go anywhere in life being a "pro gamer". There is no quantitave measure of that anyway.

Besides once you get that carpal tunnel syndrome in your wrist, your "career" will suddenly end and you'll be just another under-educated youth. :lol:

It's funny how Zalman made all these Fatality coolers. Re-badged existing devices with a fast whining fan. I thought those guys specialized in silent products? No need to buy a Fatality heatsink - a high flow Panaflo can make any cooling device into what they're selling.

And what about that Creative sound card named after him?! LOL most gamers use headphones because they cannot afford a high-quality 5.1 set. And there still too many people using crappy on-board audio. I think few gamers would invest in a sound card...

Personally, I think it helps gaming more than harms. People should be more supportive of it, even if they don't like Fata1ity. I saw him once on The Screen Savers (I believe?), he appeared to be a decent guy.

Can't find the link right now, but Abit is in financial difficulties. I use to buy Abit, but I stopped buying boards from them because DFI is better.
