PC3200 & PC2100 Ram Will they Work Together at the same time?

Hi, I was wondering Will different Mem Sticks Work in the Same Motherboard at the same time?? (EX: running those sticks together 768MB)
1X256 PC2100
1X512 PC3200

I personally don't think they would :P, but need to know i'd rather not take a risk.. would apprciate your guyz support :cheesygri

yes they will run
at pc2100 speed
