you worte "get to your home by yout phone" so i though maybe it's a program for your phone

What he meant by saying "by your phone" was you can map based on a phone number. It probably uses reverse lookup to find the address and then maps that address..

It means that the tool can trace back the caller's address(with a map) by the caller ID.

Looks like when you enter your phone number - location will list as the Bell Central Office where your number originates.

Postal Code - Pretty accurate, especially in older developments.

it is a good program to trace those scammer in BST section.

Someone must send this to the Mod or Ryan.
