what are some of the things that you could rma your vid card to ati for?

my vid card's heatsink's screws are missing a clip.

would that valid?

i think as along as it has the orig heatsink and the stickers at the back fo the vidcard it should be fine.... by stickers i mean the model/serial number and etc..

it has all the stuff necessary for rma i think

stock heatsink

2 stick on back

but don't know if they would do an rma for something like this.

What clip do you mean? The clip that holds the heatsink on the pcb?
If so I doubt that. Unless it came off by itself? But I wouldn't buy that if I was told that.

The best thing to do is just send an e-mail to ATI first. My experience with their RMA service is excellent. Usually no questions asked.
