Seeing that we're still getting the frequent spam for ipods and the such, other than simply deleting and telling them they're against forum rules, why don't we go one step further with some proactive countermeasures?
In the FP terms of service:

(g) Posting your referral link in places where it is not welcome, or spamming your referral link online in any capacity is strictly prohibited. If we see or receive complaints about your referral methods that we deem risky, we may place your account or accounts on hold.
...
It clearly states that spamming forums and the such is a violation of the Terms of Service in most of these sites. Would it be feasible to start reporting offenders?
It's mean, but then again it's as mean as spam is annoying.
