Memo: To all sellers a little more info. when posting FS/FT

Memo:To all sellers please put your location on the very first line of your post please. Especially those who do not have there location in their public profile.
I get tired burrowing down through numerous posts to find out where you are located. For me that is one of 3 three thing's am looking for.
The other two are your item(s) and your price in that order.
Also, if you are selling something reply to PM's or Emails in a timely manner.
Not 5 or 6 days later.
Lastly, do not be indecisive when someone gives you an offer, sitting on the fence, hoping for a better offer.
This is my rant for the day.

Most of those are common sense (good ideas) and are used by the good sellers. Those who do not follow those guidelines are hard to deal with, and do not appear as professional. I too think that a location should be mandatory - the rest is just customer service and presentation, which the seller can neglect at their own peril.

Great call on the Location thing. Another thing that always helps is pictures, pictures, pictures! ;)

I agree very much with Avenger - a very small percentage of sellers that don't bother posting location in their BST thread are too stupid to think of such an obvious idea. Most simply aren't very serious about what they do and are just careless. I always use this as the first clue to tell me who Im dealing with.
