How to report a user?

I have a user sending harrassing PM's to one of my staff members, who do I message to report this?

Just send a PM to one of the many mods and they'll help you out.

Quotes of the PM's would probably be useful.

i'm aware of his situation, i suggest he contact jaypatel & other mods to ask their advice. then forward the offending PMs for them to review. it's actually a scary situation so it's important to notify RFD mods.

it might be a good idea to take this to one of the admins, Jay, Ryan or Derek.
send a PM along with some quotes of whats been said.
