as for PMing, FS/BB doesn't carry this online... and i've gone instore and apparently it's a discontinued item, so u may or may not find this instore.
but FYI, this goes for $40 reg. price for the PS2 version...
not too sure about the reg. price for the XBOX version, but i'd think it'd be around the same price.
if u can find a copy of this at ur local FS/BB store, u can PM it and get it for ~$7 :)

just a note: the KOF MI CE for the PS2 contains 2 discs; 1 is the game the other is a bonus disc... the KOF MIM for the XBOX contains only 1 disc.
and happy PMing!

PA?
I think he means Pennsylvania. $10 is a good deal and you'll save plenty of gas not having to drive hundreds of kilometres south of the border. :cheesygri

oh pennsylvania...
?
$5 must be a US price then... no way can it be $5 CAD... that's too cheap to be true.
so CAD would be > $7
about the same deal then.

Awesome price! Especially since i was always planning on buying this USED for $15 (from BBV). Now it's much cooler to get it new & cheaper.
I'll have to check when I go there tomorrow.

Thanks OP!
I picked up the game today. I asked the guy at the counter that I saw it posted on a website for under $10 bucks and he replied that "that's a US website, so it doesn't apply to Canadian Stores" and then when I mentioned I saw it posted on a Canadian Website he said "oh, is that another company? We don't do price matching unless you bring in the actual advertisement." By this time I was confused as hell, anyway, at the same time the girl at the counter scanned the game for me and said "oh, it's $9.98" and the guy couldn't believe it! He just shut up at that point, the girl rang the game through and I left the store with the game.
I was hoping to pick up SF:FE for the cheap price posted earlier, but that games seems to be back up to $24!

No, it'd be $6 under the $1.20 exchange rate, which is more than what it is now.

I ended up picking this up as well. Got the collectors edition n_n
The guy at the counter was like "can't go wrong for $10, even if it's the worst in the series" (i knew that as well, since i've already played it. i just never actually owned it). No other good deals though.... Lifeline is $9.89 as well, but it's been that price for nearly 4-6 months now.

lol! u were ref'ing to RFD but he didn't know and thought u were talkin about a competitor website, right? ;)

u mean Capcom Fighting Evolution? ;)
well, $5 is really cheap, so i'm surprised u still found it to be instock...
is that the SCANNED price, or just the tagged price?
when u know something is on sale, and the tagged price show's a higher price, ALWAYS remember to ask for the scanned price... u might be surprised :cheesygri (and i usually find the EB games staff to be shocked at the prices too :D )

oops... my bad... didn't know exchange rate was $1.20... thought it was higher. :o

Exactly. If you know a price is supposed to be something, then have them scan it. It doesn't hurt to ask n_n

hm... EBgames prbly doesn't follow the SCOP right?
dammit... there would've been a LOT of "free" game opportunities if they did

Yep.. Sorry. I meant Capcom Fighting Evolution.
The store had about 5 in stock but the one I asked for them to scan scanned at $24.00. So not $5.00 anymore. Maybe it was originally a price error or a sale price?
And yeah.. I was referring to RFD but I think he thought I was trying to PM a competitor.
Anyway, I haven't played the KOF game yet but I'm going to take a look at it tonight. What's the "Behind the Scenes" disk for?

well, if it's the scanned price then it's definitely dead.
i'm pretty sure it wasn't a price error.
if u checkout the thread (http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=234671), u'll see that the deal started b4 christmas, and i phoned last wk and it was still at that price.... which means it's been at that price for about 3 wks +/- .
promos have their end dates and i guess for Capcom:FE, it ended sometime this wk.
Anyway, I haven't played the KOF game yet but I'm going to take a look at it tonight. What's the "Behind the Scenes" disk for?
err... i have no idea as i haven't even opened the game yet... :P

yup! it should just be in the computer. The sticker price is $34.00 or something. If you ask them to scan it, it should come up as under $10... mine did!

like i've mentioned to others, if the tagged price is more $, make sure u ask for a SCANNED price at the cash register to check for pricing... i.e. bring it up as a transaction.
i've been to EBgames enuff times that i know sometimes they don't have the correct tag prices for the games on promo.
