In my SmartSource flyer that came in today's newspaper, there is a Splenda [sugar substitute] ad [along with a $1 off coupon] that states if you purchase any 2 Splenda products and bring the original UPC's to your nearest participating Curves Fitness Centre by March 31st, 2006, you can redeem the UPC's on your first visit for 2 free weeks, or, for a special membership discount. Non members only. Limit of 1, 2-week Curves Memberships per person. Not valid with any other offer. Valid only at participating locations. Offer only valid in Canada. One caution with these trial memberships: If you try it and like it and decide to enroll, you will have to pay full price for the initiation fee. It's better to go to the facility, ask to try out the equipment, decide if you like it, and then sign up through the half-off initiation fee they have going on right now. Just my 2cents.


Most of the facilities will let you have a free trial workout or two to help you decide.
