SOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLDSOLD

As title...I have two Dell 2005FPW's for sale. They're both in pristine condition...one with no dead pixels that I can find, and one that I remember find ing a red stuck pixel on one time that I cannot locate now.

I'm upgrading to a 2405 so I'm looking to get rid of these...asking $1000(Price drop $950) for the pair (Firm! :P), local pickup in newmarket or Vaughan.

Willing to trade for a 2405FPW :)

Now parting! See my last post for details on that (Sum it up: Have to meet at vaughan mills and its $500 each)

Both are pending! Feel free to leave me PM's if you're still interested in case things fall through! :)

My 2001FPW has one red stuck pixel in the upper middle portion of the screen and I can't find it unless I look for it on a black background, and even then it takes me 30s-1min to find it.

The moral of the story: pixels are so small on this monitor you'll never notice the difference.

i have a 2005fpw

it has a stuck pixel on black background(the pixel is light blue) near the bottom of the screen, mine is fairly easy to see if you know where it is, depending on what color it doesn't transition from it can very difficult to find consistently but yeah the pixels are very small on this lcd

Seems pretty strait forward to me. He has seen a stuck red pixel but because it's hard to see he can't find it again. What part don't you understand?

I wish I had $1K to blow. Second kid due Feb 5th. Gotta save what I can for now. Bump for a great set of screens.

depends on what colour the red is sticks

the only reason i see the stuck pixel on mine is widescreen movies (in in the black bar)

Bump
I made the whole screen black and I was still unable to find the stuck pixel on the monitor...it's possible that it's corrected itself over the few months I've been using it.

If anyone is interested in a single monitor then just post in the thread. I'm sure two people can arrange to meet me and split the $1000 ;)

I just don't want to have to meet up with two people and have someone back out on me. You all know how it is :P

Anyhow...up before bed

Bump. If someone picks up my LCD's by the weeked I'll donate any proceeds towards buying mustangman a capslock key.

Just kidding, we love his caps! :D

Thanks for all the kind words guys...hopefully I can get these sold this week :D

Oh, and one of the monitors has the balance of the original warranty (purchased in may, I think..whenever they had the fax in deal with Christian)...the other is mine courtesy of a dell shipping screw-up and doesn't carry any :P

BUMP.

Okay, I just edited the first post to indicate that I am now PARTING.

You heard it here first folks. THE STIPULATION: The buyer must be willing to meet at the vaughan mills mall within the next week. I'll be selling the monitors for $500 each first come first serve. Assume that both the monitors carry no warranty, and that neither has any dead or stuck pixels that are apparent during normal usage (I use the monitors for web-browsing and playing world of warcraft).

In reality one of the monitors still has warranty and the other has no dead pixels which I could find.

I WANT TO SORT THIS OUT THIS WEEK! :D

sometimes the dead pixel isn't visible on a black wallpaper screen. Try different colors. It happened to me before.
