I have a new laptop from work, so I have no need for my T40.

Comes with AC Adapter and Battery. Battery holds good charge (around 3 hours).
I've had it for about 1.5 Years, there is no warranty left but I've never had problems with it, very well made laptop. It's decently small too, it's less than 3 Cm thick.
