This website deals with discussions ran by people working in retail industry (Costco, Best Buy, Staples, etc). It tends to discuss a lot of problems with people abusing store policies (aka hard-core RFD'ers :cheesygri we know who you are)

I found this website quite amusing. It makes for a good reading.

Well I've never done anything like the diapers (eg. buying a package and returning one). I don't abuse the Costco system but if something tastes bad, a cut of meat is stale, clothing had a rip, etc then I return it ASAP...not like a week after. 100% satisfaction guaranteed :)
