Saftey Shoes at Airport

Can I wear to Pearson Airport when I am travelling ?
or it is a no no ?

I wore steel toes through the metal detector once. I forgot I had them on and I kept beeping even though I had nothing left in my pockets. They went over me with the wand and said "are those steel toed boots?" and I said, "oh...yeah..." and they let me through. So I'm sure you'd be fine, just let them know.

You'll be fine. I've worn them before but just told them and they slipped them thru the scanner.
