Is there another way to install chinese inputs on WinXP without the CD? I've tried going to Install East Asian languages from Regional and Language Optinos

If you are having problem with displaying chinese char in your browser, I suggest checking your "Character Encoding".
In Firefox, it is under View->Character Encoding
In IE, it is under View->Encoding
You should set it to Auto-detect so it sees the encoding type of the page.
