location?

its at the bottom of the post

Gotta have identical pair for Raid???

no but go read any raid guide and they say identical specs is recommended for storage/speed efficiency...no one who implements raid uses non-identical drives, if they did, well they aren't doing it right

the maxtor has until Valentines day of this year, 2/14/2006

The famous Barracuda IV! Free bump for the quietest 7200RPM hard drive ever built.

i had a potential buyer but was concerned about noise, i did some testing, it doesnt have a high pitch noise, but when its seeking/reading/writing it does have noise...idle is a whirl noise...would have sold it too but i didnt want to give a refund option based on noise level since i know it works fine.
