LF: Store for Glass or Perspex Cut to Size

Can anyone recommend a place where I can get glass, or preferably perspex cut to size?

I broke the glass topped side-table and need to replace the top.

there is a place on Jane Street North of Lawrence Ave on the west side called Canada Glass. They have done some work for me in the past and the price was very reasonable.
