What's the difference between 'Comstar's Seagate' and Seagate? are they both from the same manufacture??

I've used Seagate for many years and they are very reliable, but is 'Comstar's Seagate' just as reliable or are they the same product??

Probably Seagate drives rebranded as Comstart like Cicero/Maxtor.

Comstar Seagate comes with only 1 year warranty ... bad ...
