I need an advanced rma done on my seagate drive and then i read this little piece of info http://www.seagate.com/support/service/faq/adv_drive_replace.html USA only?!?
They're closed now so i cant call them, but please someone tell me that they're joking and you did have an advanced rma done in canada.

Unless their policy has recently changed, the last time I actually tried asking for an advanced rma I was turned down stating that it was only available to US residents only. Let us know if you manage to get one.

The advanced rma went without a hitch, they should really update their website.
I opened the box today like a kid on xmas day and boy was it ever a treat... a 400gig drive :D
