The canadian tire blue "pacer" stuff is only good down to -35. if u are going on the highway, the windchill will make that freeze almost instantly. It's probably better to go to partsouce and use their $5 coupon to buy windshield fluid. just add tax and then substract $5.

I don't think so. Windchill is how cold it feels like. If temp is -35, it's -35, not -50c because it feels like -50 with wind.

You're right, if you were only spraying your car's windshield while idling with little or no wind, the -35 stuff is perfectly fine. However, speaking from experience, when a car is travelling 100km+ when the temperature is -15deg, the -35 fluid will freeze almost immediately.
