Does anybody know where to get a good quality treadmill? I'm willing to spend a decent amount of money on it. Is there any online stores that sell good ones? I've already looked at Canadian Tire and Sears. Thanks in advance for the help.

My brother in law is a manager at a store called The Treadmill Factory. They are very popular and have had awards with fitness clubs. WWE Trish Stratus was a sponsor for the company. They have a Markham location, Mississauga location & a London location. Go to http://treadmillfactory.ca for contact info.

Well I analyzed your request for a decent treadmill around $1000. After poking around the computer a bit, i have found a decent deal for you. Sears has recently discontinued their "More Value" treadmill, which value retailed for $1199.97 (a lot lower than their "normal" regular prices). It is now set at a clearance price of $995.94, here is a link. (http://www.sears.ca/cgi-bin/so_itm.cgi?lang=e&id=1&cid=1&pd=n&eventID=0&deptID=0&itemID=260285&qtycount=&day=0&hr=0&fv=)

The good news is from boxing day till new years day all hardline clearance merchandise is 10% off, which happens to include treadmills. This gives you a new retail price of $896.35. If you purchase it on the 26th or 27th, there is a timed scratch and save which can save you $20, $40, $80, or $100 off.

The treadmill is good because it has a 2.0 hp motor and a shitload of neat programs. It also has a pulsegrip heartrate monitor and goes 0-10 mph, 0-12% incline, and it folds up really nice. Warranty is 1 year parts and labour, 3 years on the motor and 10 years on the frame.

Go check it out in the store, chances are they have to order it in anyways...quantities are limited.
