Thyme Maternity (http://www.maternity.ca/) is another large chain.
Old Navy has a maternity wear section, too.

My wife recently delivered our baby boy, and with her being a working professional woman, dressing well is important for the clients. We found that Motherhood has the best selection and styles for both casual and work wear, with very good prices. Plus there's stores all across canada (at least we saw them in both Toronto and Edmonton).
Thyme we found the prices to be too high and styles were very plain.
Other stores like Gap or Old Navy etc are good for basic maternity clothes, but not for work wear.
The Bay was horrible.
There's also a very nice upscale one on Yorkville, if you want to spoil her for the holidays.
Good luck.

For casual stuff Lands End has a good selection.
They even have a clearance section w some nice maternity cords that don't look like mat pants from the pics.
They might have some busineesey stuff also...not sure.
Or she could just buy "plus" size clothing maybe?
