I didn't realize there were Top Shops in Canada. I've heard a lot about them. I will have to check it out. Thanks OP!

wow! there's a TOPSHOP in Canada! never knew that. TOPSHOP is British and I always shop there (they have cool jeans etc.) whenever I visit England. btw. Topshop is also one word not two.

I don't think its part of the UK chain. Just the same name.

It's not related to the Uk Top Shop/Top Man chain...this place is like a cheap Le Chateau (if such a thing is possible). It's between the Centre Court and Zellers on the lower level.
