Just print out the webpage and take it in to the store. If they say they won't do it then call head office and report the store. Unless it says web only deal according to head office the stores have to match the web price. This was back with the 150% I called a few times about the barton street and upper wentworth stores hehe. Of course they only match the price not beat it not a competitor.

I printed out the web page a few days ago and didnt realize they updated the price. Luckily the csr didnt check the website so I got this for 100 minus the 20 off coupon - $15 dividend coupon (which i used online AND instore :cheesygri ) to get it for 65 (at GTA Rexdale location)

Also, they had 2 other leather chairs for 100(ones with a plastic base). They werent bad either.

chair is ok but not as nice as this one I bought from XSCargo for $140, its got a higher back and its a Samsonite chair with genuine leather, if you couldn't get the one from staples get this one from XSCargo if they still have it, its well worth the differnce, it looks like those expensivee $300+ chairs...

I bought this chair...im having a hard time making it lean back...it wont lean back if i have my weight on it, i literally have to have someone sitting on the chair and me to pull back on the chair to get it to lean back..anyone else have this problem?

if not how should i go about returning this thing? do i gotta take it apart? boy thats gonna be a pain

^^ i havent assembled mine yet but the demo instore was actually really really easy to lean back on and was too sensitive imo..so maybe urs was assembled wrong or defective.

Have you turned the knob under the seat of the chair to adjust the lean? By default I think its at the stiffest setting.
