this may be true, but i have yet to see any good releases that are over 900 mb or so, although 2 gb would be nice, because then you could have a game, a movie and some mp3s to boot, without having to delete and always switch between what you want to have on your stick

Do i place all these folder under the dir called Games??

I followed the 2GB auctions for a bit, they seem to end in the 120US level, which works out to around 130CDN, and they ALL seem to have ridiculous $15 to $25US shipping cost, for a grand total rip crazy price of $160+. Just a get a 1 GB now, wait 6 months, and the 2 GB will be $90. If Sony plans to make the PSP the portable media /music / gaming center they keep hyping, storage capacity prices will have to come down.

I've got one and it works fine for me. Is she just not using them properly? The only thing though, is that these 4Gs seems somewhat slow.

your root structure should look like this

psp
game
neo (should contain eboot file)
neo% (should contain eboot file, folder should have identical name with %)
music
photo
savedata
neo (contains image file for icon)
