Its okay if they don't even load.

Actually, you can take the scratched games to Zellers and exchange it for a brand new copy of the same game.

indeed, I highly doubt they'll just give you a new one without the receipt.

maybe he wants to use disc doctor on them or call up a disc repair service? :confused:

Ya, they actually do. I lent a friend Kameo and his 360 scratched up the disc. I went to Zellers (customer service), told them I won the game in a contest but it was badly scratched and asked if I could exchange it for another copy. They did it without a problem. No receipt needed. Took less than 10 minutes. If the game is open, you can only exchange it for the same game. If the game is brand new, you can exchange it for another game or store credit.

Someone in the Xbox contest thread did the exact same thing. The only difference is he took the brand new Kameo game Zellers gave him and exchanged it at Walmart for another new game.
