Hi, I'm selling two 17" LCD monitors.

1. Samsung SyncMaster 171P 17" Professional Monitor special design by F.A. Porsche (same designer house as the car company). DVI and D-SUB built into base. Base rotates with hidden track, monitor rotates 360º, lifts for height adjustment, and folds back. Has a built in handle for portability. Keys activated by bioelectric charge of your finger. This is a true Samsung 8-bit panel with a true 16.7 million color reproduction. Most LCD panels are only 6-bit which only offer 262,144 colors which they dither to create a color palette. Good for professionals who need accurate colors. As an 8-bit panel, response time is 25ms however. Monitor is in perfect condition. Includes rotational software, all cables are built in. CNET's 2004 Editors Top Monitor Award.

DVI, D-SUB hidden in cable management compartment. Both DVI and VGA cables included. Great for gaming. This is a Benq designer style monitor that sells for $479.98 on NCIX. Asking $250 each. And yes I ship anywhere. I was going to ebay these at higher cost if I can't sell them because I need some cash to cover some expenses for the holidays.

I've heard this from two people now, that they just bought new monitors and would've liked mine instead. Oh well.

No, monitors under 25ms are usually all 6-bit. They sacrifice the color rendering for speed, that's how manufacturers reduce response time. The Benq is 6-bit because of it's 12ms time. I used the Samsung for work and videos but the Benq for gaming.

Excuse the disassembled computer for testing :)

The BenQ FP783 doesn't actually rotate into portrait mode, I just set it on it's side and rotated via display properties but it shows you can plug the camera into the side USB ports and it's just like the top.

The paint on the mouse is fading badly though around my palm and fingers, Logitech didn't do a good job of that aspect.

same problem here, but it's a very pratical mouse....
is there any dead pixel on both monitors? or any damage on the screen?

Nope was testing ram, CPU, and videocards and it's easier with the motherboard on the table :)

Wow, I'm pumping this thread for you
so tell me, is there any problem on the screen? like dead pixel or wave?
I'm ready to proceed as soon as you give me more informations on them.

Check your gmail. What do you mean by wave? Where are you located? I have a lot of inquiries about both already but I'll sort through them.
