I think I remember a couple of years ago that a Senator was under fire due to the fact he spent most of his time on vacation or something to that extent....Anyone know where I can read up on this...eg. Links, or atleast his or her name?

there are a lot of senate corruption charges being filled now, and even more will appear as Bush's term ends.
ohio senator with 5% popularity is trying to pass a bill that would make it ILLEGAL to contest election results and prevent questioning of electronic voting results (which are republican owned) in his state.
the Dukester's case goes much deeper.
I find it so sad that all these good christians that vote Republican are voting for the most vile un-christian scumbags in the world.
a dozens republican senators have indictble offenses so far.
Bush called the consititution: "just a darn piece of paper" when he was forming his stance on the use of torture (he's pro torture).
I meant Canada's Senate...but thanks though

I remember there was alot of talk about this dude spending time in Mexico. I think his name was Andrew Thompson. I did an internet search and came up with this site and he's number 70 on the list of Liberal scandals. I think I'll have to do more reading on this site. There appears to be alot of the election topics covered here. Off to read them.

Kind of hard for our senate to be corrupt
They have virtually no power.
It definitely needs to be overhauled.
