Basically, I need a creative way to give a nano to my lady, so I thought it might be cool to put it (wraped tight of course) in chocolate. But I don't know where to have this done.

Oh, and any suggestions welcome.

Create a webpage (as if it was a contest entry page). Send this to her.
In this webpage ask her favorite top 20 tracks of all time. go buy those tracks from itunes store. Give clear instructions on how to claim the prize (by mentioning your name).

Buy one of those empty XBOX 360 boxes for $500 off Ebay, put it in there.

If she's into classic tunes, get a cassette case and replicate the artwork of her favourite album (Photoshop skills would be good here, if editing is needed). Slide the Nano in there (preloaded with her favourite tunes, laser engraved, the works...you'd also have to cut the 2 plastic knobs out of the case) and go from there!
