I just called in to cancel my land line because I don't have it use for it since I disconnected DSL. The CSR kept persisting in getting me to keep the line even though I said Idon't need it anymore. He kept yammering about how high speed is not dsl and dsl is 27.99 (i think he was referring to dsl lite). i can't believe this level 1 CSR. I just didn't have the heart to be rude and tell him to shut up, and process my cancellation order; in the end, it took over 20 minutes to get a simple damn thing accomplished.
