On insurance, I know it has to be full coverage but what is the difference between that and what people usually get for insurance and how will it affect my quote?

This question is unclear. The vehicle is to be insured for the full amount of its replacement value as part of any lease agreement in the ones I've seem.
However, if you are underinsured somehow and wreck the car, you'd still be responsible for topping up to that full amount. Such a difference between your insurers payout to the lease co. and the value of the leased car is called a 'GAP'.
To prevent this from happening, dealers of higher-value leased cars may provide free GAP insurance. BMW does this and Acura to I've seen on their websites.
