Anyone know of a program that records your screen. Using my digicam on the screen isn't really an option given that you will get that line running through it from the refresh rates. I need to record a good clean movie that follows my mouse etc etc.
-Thanks

SnagIt - It's good but with a free trial period only... :( :( :( But if it's a one-off thing, it should do the job...
There must be some freeware out there - I'd be interested too ???

Hit Print Screen (while holding ALT if you only want to capture the active window) then paste into Paint or any other image editing app.
To capture video from Media Player it usually won't work from the first instance of a video playback window.

Ziggy wants to capture a moving image I think... maybe for a demo or tutorial I suppose.
Ziggy, can you be more explicit ?

I wonder how long it would take if you just strung together screen captures...? :D my friend did a movie using lego people....at least 10 minutes long and it was only choppy because of continuity between frames...not the framerate itself...

I checked out Camtasia website last night, seemed alright, I might give that a try. Any other software available to do this?
