Hey, i saw this in the flyers for TRU and wasn't sure if it was good or not. For 10$ cant really complain. I also found the product link too LINK (http://www.toysrus.ca/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&catalogId=10051&productId=70085&jspStoreDir=TRUCA&langId=-1&refTag=TRU_TN_english&rfx_page=18&RFX_PassBack=&catalog_name=112605&rfx_catalog=2&)
I bought one and it was "ok" compared to the one made for DDR.
Btw, they also have one for gamecube, same price as well.

not a bad deal... regular prices for dance pads go for $15-$20 nowadays (cheapest i've seen)
...but don't expect too much for a $10 dance pad.

Yes it works for other games but you gotta have fast feet or hands.

its the same price in-stores, cause i got one today(should be the same through out canada). There was about 6 left @ TRU victoria. They were all high in the shelves and i had to ask the employees to get a ladder to get them.

don't expect much from any pad that isn't made of metal or wood or whatever else is sturdy.
but this pad makes a good ps2 controller to take apart for when/if you build your own metal pad.

Picked one up for the kids and they love it. For $10 you can't go wrong

How does it work on carpet? I suspect that it works better on a hard surface but the daughter's bedroom is carpeted.

$10? Seems alright but you get what you pay.
Would be fun to beat someone in Street Fighter with this.

FYI: That pirate game store in New Kennedy Square (Kennedy & 7, inside the mall) has something similar for $17/2 mats. Great deal if you want to give one away as a Xmas present.
