I was going to Shrink it but the computer doesn't recogized that there's a disc in the drive .

When I put in any other disc it has no problems recognizing it.

Any suggestions ? Is it because of it's "infinifilm" DVD feature ?

BenQ 1640 , BSLB firmware.

I've given up on DVDShrink for any new movies. You should consider trying Slysoft's combo of AnyDVD and CloneDVD. Note that they have a 21 day free trial.

I have various other proggies too but the problem here is that the DVD drive does not "read" the disk. It reads all other discs that I stick in.

Read ... Can it be played via PowerDVD or other software DVD players ? If yes, it could be copy protection. You may need AnyDVD ...

I had no problem when I did it a few months ago with DVD Shrink/Decrypter, I have an LG drive though

I also used ANYDVD proggie, it says no disc in the drive.

Under my computer, it shows nothing, only for the ELF DVD. Not a big deal but kinda pissing me off.

It's not a program issue, only this disc is not being read by my drive.

have you tried upgrading to BSMB firmware?

Thought about it but the current firmware has been working fine except for this disk and I've read both positive and negative for the new firmware so I'm waiting a bit.

Guess I'm stuck not being able to read this ELF disc. It plays fine on my standalone Malata player.
