I did when working on the flight line in Winnipeg!!! You pretty much have to when spending hours working on aircraft on the tarmac at -35C, with windchill some nights, it was hitting -50C.

Thank goodness that we also had some decent military cold weather gear.

I don't wear long johns but when it gets pretty cold I will wear a pair of track pants or jogging pants under my regular pants. Something about long johns just seem kinda gay.

THanks for the reminder. We have to find hubby some new ones this year. He's outside most of the night at work and even when he's inside he's in coolers. Another Hell Yes vote here! :D

if it's really cold i just wear some sweatpants under my pants on that day.

Most of my pant's are too big for me so it accomadates well.

If i go to clubs though i make it my business not to wear too much under my pants in case the chicks passing through want to cup a grab. :D which they often do and i haves no problem with.

Gonna try wearing them for the first time this year when it gets reaaaally cold and my not so thick jeans just won't cut it. I've worn shorts and thinnish track pants underneath my pants before (so 3 layers) but long johns just seem sorta uncomfortable.

I can't figure out what makes them look so gay, but they just do..

It's probably the tightness.
